• Media uploads: If you upload images, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract such data.
• Cookies:
  • If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience. These last one year.
  • Login cookies last two days (or two weeks with “Remember Me”). Screen option cookies last one year.
  • Editing or publishing an article stores a temporary cookie (1 day).
• Embedded content: Articles may include videos, images, or articles from other websites. These third-party sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interactions if you are logged in to their platform.
• Support requests: If you contact us for IT support, we collect the details you provide (e.g., email, phone, description of the issue) to handle your request.
